Imagine....

Imagine that you and your sister grow up as the only grandchildren in your immediate family. Your grandmother has two children, two boys. One, your father, who was married and had you and your sister, and the other, your uncle who passed many years ago without ever having married. THEN- in your thirties, you discover you have a cousin, your uncle's child. I won't go into the details, as it's not really my story to tell, but imagine the intrigue! This happened to my husband... a couple of years ago. Now this cousin, Sandy, lives in Mumbai and this trip was the first opportunity we had to meet him. Needless to say Bruce was extremely excited at the prospect of having a cousin! This to me is so cool- having a cousin who is by far my best friend, my other half, my soul mate- I'm so glad that the family has found yet another member!
