Productivity Drainers... MORE DETOX! Thanks PIP :)
********************************************************************************
Mass e-mails, violent video games and even telemarketing calls are a real drain to your productivity and fill up your mind with useless garbage. Rid yourself of these poisons by taking a look at the list below.

Improve your focus: on what? What should I focus on????

Unsubscribe to blog feeds. I have to figure out how to subscribe before I can unsubscribe. I need help with this PIP...

Eliminate distractions. Define distractions please...

Stay nourished. You mean Dr Pepper, Chocolate and fiber pills aren't enough???

Ignore nasty people. Gosh they make it so hard! I try, really really try, but I can't be that mean!!!! Why don't they just "get it"????? DITTO PIP

Turn off the instant messenger. OFF

Violent computer & video games. I'm not really that type...

Exercise your brain. Do excel spreadsheets count?

Get a spam filter. See- spam is smart. They can get around those! Sneaky little bastards...

Get an unlisted phone number. It is. Now the question is, who is Debra and Lashonda Schafer? Whoever you are, would you please stop using my number???? I'm tired of your debt collectors calling me!!!!!

Eliminate distractions. Define distractions please...

1. the act of distracting.
2. the state of being distracted.
3. mental distress or derangement: That child will drive me to distraction.
4. that which distracts, divides the attention, or prevents concentration: The distractions of the city interfere with my studies.
5. that which amuses, entertains, or diverts; amusement; entertainment: Fishing is his major distraction.
6. division or disorder caused by dissension; tumult.
